Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Experience is not required.
• Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications.

Aufgaben

• Assist sales and catering managers with clerical tasks and guest service to help close business.
• Respond to guests' requests promptly; handle admin tasks such as data entry, filing, email and mail processing.
• Support the Director of Sales and learn all aspects of sales, catering, and CS.
• Help with coordinating meetings and events and other special projects.
