Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an energetic front office/ sales support professional at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. You will handle incoming calls, qualify inquiries, and coordinate with the Sales & Catering Manager to move opportunities forward.

The role emphasizes guest service, contracting support, and event logistics in a fast-paced hotel environment with room for growth and development at a premier Florida property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong desire to make an impact and engage guests.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with good computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a fast-paced setting.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• You will answer Incoming Phone Calls
• Qualify Inquiries
• Set up Calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
• You will send packages and answer general questions
• You will create monthly recap of leads and updates
• You will assist in creating Contracts, Estimates, and Site Tours
• You will create Sales & Catering kits and restocking supply area as appropriate
• You will control the office supplies and ordering supplies when necessary
• You will update Sales System with actuals after completion of events
• You will send out Thank You Cards/Emails

Your Role:

Your Role includes supporting the Sales Team and ensuring they have the tools, supplies and resources they need to deliver exceptional service. The role focuses on creating a positive guest interaction, answering inquiries, and assisting in contracting and event management.
