The Gables in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Runner to help keep front- and back-of-house moving, delivering orders accurately and supporting servers, bar, and kitchen during busy shifts. Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, servers, and bar about timing and special requests.
• Support pre-bussing, resetting, stocking, polishing, and basic plating as trained.
• Maintain working knowledge of the menu to describe items accurately.
• Welcome guests warmly and respond to service cues to create a relaxed experience.
• Move between front- and back-of-house responsibilities as needed to support the team.
