Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly to guests.
• Ensure food presentation meets established quality standards before delivery.
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding order status and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and expo areas.
• Refill water, bread, condiments, and other guest necessities as directed.
• Support team members during busy meal periods to ensure exceptional service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
