Job summary

Greensboro Country Club (incorporated) is seeking a Food Runner for the Sunset department. You will move table orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table in the dining area, ensuring timely service.

The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to keep service running smoothly, including coordinating timing with meals and maintaining a clean runner area.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand tickets printed to the kitchen.
• Coordinate timing with members meals and kitchen.
• Communicate between Front and Back of house.
• Understand dining area table layout.
• Keep runners area stocked with nessecary items
• Keep runners area clean and effecient for operation. .
• Carry trays of food from kitchen to dining area.
