DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Phoenix seeks an accomplished sales and marketing leader to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You will craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead the team, and partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and demand.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as Senior Sales Manager or 3+ years as Director of Sales in a full-service hotel, with Hilton experience preferred. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager or three (3) years as a Director of Sales in a full-service hotel environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading hotel sales teams and achieving revenue growth objectives.
• Hilton brand experience preferred.
• Experience with Delphi, PEP, and Hilton systems preferred.
• BirchStreet experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives top-line revenue growth across all market segments.
• Lead the hotel's revenue generation efforts by identifying new business opportunities, aggressively penetrating target markets, and expanding key account relationships to maximize market share and profitability.
• Establish a culture of accountability and performance excellence by coaching, mentoring, and developing the team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Partner with Revenue Management and Operations to align pricing, demand strategies, and sales initiatives.
• Represent the hotel within the community, industry organizations, and key customer networks to strengthen brand awareness and business development opportunities.
• Direct accountability for achieving guest room, catering, banquet, and overall revenue targets.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, sales action plans, and performance metrics.
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and financial reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and sales system utilization.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction while achieving operational and financial objectives.
