Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a detail-driven Revenue Coordinator to support the Revenue Management team. This role is based at our Grand Rapids office and focuses on optimizing performance across our hotel portfolio.

You will love digging into reports, spotting trends, and helping teams make smart decisions to grow profitability. Prior hotel or revenue management experience is preferred, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and/or IHG PMS or Yield Management systems is a plus.
• Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update, process, generate & distribute weekly and monthly reports in various systems for each brand.
• Data entry into various systems to assist in preparation of weekly revenue calls, monthly forecast reports, displacements, historical trend reports.
• Update hotel Demand Calendars & Special Events to include pricing and restrictions for hotel and competitors.
• Review weekly brand updates and communicate necessary information to the hotels.
• Assist hotels with OTA reconciliation when needed.
