Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the Revenue Management team by analyzing trends, maintaining pricing and inventory data, and providing insights to maximize hotel revenue. You will work closely with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to forecast demand and optimize performance.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytics, attention to detail, and a desire to learn the revenue management discipline, with opportunities for growth in a highly regarded

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
• PMS/RMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting.
• Analyze booking pace, market trends, and demand patterns.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other KPIs.
• Assist in forecasting and market analysis.
• Maintain accurate rate and inventory information.
• Prepare reports identifying revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
