Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is seeking a Revenue Analyst to maximize hotel revenue through pricing strategies and market trend analysis. You will support the Revenue and Sales teams with analytical reporting and strategic initiatives in a premium island hospitality setting.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, collaboration across departments, and ongoing education to elevate revenue management capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management systems required.
• Previous experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of Revenue Management Reports and presentations.
• Assist in the execution of strategies as outlined by the Director of Revenue Management.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Revenue and Sales teams.
• Assist in the education and development of others in Revenue Management.

Salary Range
