DIMENSION MASTER is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across a growing portfolio of select-service and full-service hotels. The role will partner with ownership and executive teams to drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and portfolio growth, while travel requirements ensure hands-on oversight across properties.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hospitality leadership experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing a regional or portfolio of 10–15 hotels.
• Experience in select-service and/or full-service hotel operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-property hotel portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and asset performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and hotel leadership teams while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Direct the work of hotel leadership teams and oversee personnel decisions as needed.
• Partner with ownership and executive teams to execute growth initiatives and portfolio strategy.
• Ensure brand standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
