JSX is seeking a Manager, QA to lead the hospitality quality assurance program across operations. You will partner with station leaders, Training, Safety, Security, and other teams to audit, identify trends, drive follow-up, and improve consistency in the Customer experience.

You will build practical audit tools, scorecards, and playbooks, coach frontline teams, and ensure audit criteria align with SOPs, training materials, and company values, travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, airport operations, customer experience, quality assurance, compliance, training, or a related operational leadership role.
• Experience conducting audits, operational reviews, station visits, quality checks, compliance assessments, or performance observations.
• Experience creating or improving processes, checklists, reporting tools, training resources, or standard work for frontline teams.

• Lead audits of hospitality operations and stations.
• Develop and maintain audit tools, templates, and checklists.
• Prepare trend analyses, scorecards, and leadership summaries.
• Coach leaders to implement corrective actions and sustain improvements.
• Ensure audit criteria reflect SOPs, training materials, customer experience expectations, and safety requirements.
