Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor in Seattle to secretly assess hospitality and service experiences from guests’ perspectives. Responsibilities include discreet audits, timely reporting, and coordinating across shifts to ensure high standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hotels/resorts or luxury communities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Travel to multiple communities is required; access to reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, resort or luxury residential hospitality preferred.
• Ability to pose as a guest or prospective resident for audits.
• Strong written reporting and audit documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from assigned communities.
• Conduct discreet, impartial audits of service experiences.
• Interact with staff to gauge service quality as per audit criteria.
• Inspect lobby/concierge areas to identify issues.
• Prepare and submit audit reports after each visit.
• Coordinate auditing teams across shifts and communicate with leadership.
• Possess reliable transportation for site visits.
