Job summary

Chick-fil-A Mentor is hiring a Hospitality Professional to create moments and win hearts by delivering a warm, personal guest experience.

You'll greet guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, hospitable environment while collaborating with a high-energy team. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Available to work 2 Saturdays a month with 3+ shifts per week; compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (required).
  • Availability for 2 Saturdays a month and at least 3 days per week (min 24 hours).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality role.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Create genuine connections with guests and exceed expectations.
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver orders to dine-in, mobile-order, and drive-thru guests promptly and courteously.
  • Listen to guest needs and respond with care and urgency.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, hospitable environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork and hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Graduate.
  • Available to work 2 Saturdays a month.
  • Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week (minimum of 24 hours a week).
  • Availability fits one or more of these shifts:
    • 6:00am-2:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm, or 4:00pm-11:00pm
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$17–$20/hour based on experience and availability
