Job summary

Chick-fil-A Mentor is hiring Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You may work in Front-of-House or Back-of-House roles, learning hospitality, food prep, and teamwork.

We offer on-site positions with flexible hours, pay ranging from $13 to $19 per hour, Sundays off, health benefits, PTO, 401(k), scholarship opportunities up to $2,500/year, a meal allowance, and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FRONT OF HOUSE — HOSPITALITY

Our Hospitality Team Members create an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to dine-in and mobile-order guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Support cashiering and other Front-of-House responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment.
• Look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Fulfill drive-thru orders.

BACK OF HOUSE — FOOD EXCELLENCE

Our Food Excellence Team Members prepare the high-quality food our guests love.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Work across kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment.
• Communicate equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Support the team wherever help is needed during busy periods.

No restaurant experience required!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
