Job summary

Shaner Hotels' Fairfield Inn & Suites Harrisburg Airport Hershey Area in Middletown, PA, is seeking an Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in achieving financial goals and leading hotel operations.

The role requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, strong knowledge of budgeting, and the ability to maintain franchise standards while delivering exceptional guest service. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality.
• Valid Driver's License and clear driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or business preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, management and associates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel budgeting, forecasting and cost-control practices.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations and departments.
• Ability to read safety rules and operational manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Familiarity with local activities and services for guests.

• Monitor daily hotel operations and assist department leaders in service quality.
