Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, management, and associates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in achieving hotel financial goals and budget targets.
• Ensure payroll and purchasing controls support profitability.
• Develop and implement short- and long-range financial and operational objectives.
• Maintain standards following Shaner and franchise operating procedures.
• Provide a visible presence for guests and associates.
• Monitor hotel operations and assist department leaders to maintain service levels.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead and support staff performance and accountability.
