Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide on-the-ground leadership for a multi-million dollar hotel unit. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, collaborate with GMs and corporate teams, and drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong hospitality IT skills, and proven experience in hotel operations management, including AR/AP and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience; or High school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of related experience.
• Computer skills to communicate effectively via email and analyze spreadsheets/databases.
• Experience with hotel information systems (Opera/M3) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in upholding hotel brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Understand and manage Accounts Receivable and Payable within 30 days.
• Familiarize with HR processes and contribute to onboarding and success of new hires.
• Staff optimization to empower leaders and deliver unparalleled service.
