Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Carlsbad is seeking an Operations Planner to ensure seamless scheduling and workforce management across the resort. You will create daily staffing rosters for all departments, balance labor budgets, and verify hours for payroll accuracy.

You will partner with People/HR to recruit when needed, develop training plans for new MCs, and drive efficiency by analyzing staffing metrics while ensuring California labor law compliance and alignment with resort goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or scheduling.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Experience with staffing analytics.
