Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Trail Runner to join our team. This role supports hotel operations, delivers exceptional service, and helps the team achieve operational and business goals.

The Trail Runner will provide specialized support to corporate, portfolio, or hotel stakeholders, manage processes and records, analyze information, and coordinate cross-functional work to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred depending on the position.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support and guidance to assigned corporate, portfolio, or hotel stakeholders.
• Manage assigned processes, projects, records, and deliverables accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze information, prepare reports, and communicate insights or recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hotel leaders to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established company procedures and controls.
• Monitor deadlines, action items, and project milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, service, and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, associate, guest, and financial information as applicable.
• Support special projects and other business needs as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
