Vandelay Companies’ Drake’s Hollywood is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our vision into daily performance. You’ll partner with the General Manager to lead the restaurant, ensuring excellence on the floor, strong guest experiences, and solid financial results.

You’ll coach managers, manage scheduling and labor, collaborate with culinary leadership, uphold safety standards, and guide a team that embodies hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant / Hospitality Management preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations and financial performance.
• Own the guest experience, ensuring service is polished, efficient, and aligned with elevated standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members, building a strong leadership bench.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, drive service standards and real-time problem solving.
• Oversee scheduling, shift execution, and labor management to ensure efficiency.
• Support and influence key financial drivers, including labor and cost controls.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and quality.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
