Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts is seeking a Manager of Hospitality Operations in Vienna, VA. This on-site role leads event planning, staffing, and vendor coordination for Foundation events and facility rentals, with hybrid work allowed outside the busy summer season.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and supplier relationships, ensuring excellent guest experiences while supervising staff and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in hospitality, events management, marketing, business, or related field or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, venue operations, or customer service; including 2+ years supervising staff.
• Knowledge of hospitality and event service standards, operational controls, and financial administration.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Hospitality contact for Foundation events, meetings, catering services, and facility rentals.
• Oversee catering and hospitality services, including vendor management, contracting, and compliance with health and Virginia ABC regulations.
• Develop operating plans for events, staffing, purchasing, invoicing, and budgets with cross‑department coordination.
