Job summary

Treasure Bay LLC, the operator of The Den Restaurant in Biloxi, MS, seeks a Manager for the upscale dining establishment. This full-time role reports to the Director of Hospitality Services and oversees front and back of house staff to deliver premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand guest language.
• Minimum five years in food and beverage.
• Minimum three years in supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are welcomed with friendly, courteous service.
• Maintain food and beverage quality per restaurant recipes and standards.
• Schedule labor to meet business activity while controlling labor costs.
• Handle cash and receipts according to policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff performance and timely appraisals.
• Comply with health, safety, labor and gaming regulations.
