Job summary

Lodging-and-Leisure-Investments is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Biloxi hotel, ensuring superior guest experiences, efficient staff performance, and profitable business operations.

You will supervise front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, monitor budgets and revenue, and develop operational policies while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) OPERA, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff.
• Manage front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Monitor room occupancy, pricing, and revenue performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain hotel facilities.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
