Responsibilities include planning work, enforcing policies, training, and coordinating menus, events, and marketing initiatives to boost guest patronage and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality Management degree preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages a plus.

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.
• Ensure staff are trained and certified and have tools and equipment needed to perform their job functions.
• Greet guests, respond to complaints, and implement service recovery guidelines.
• Assist with creating programs and promotions to market specials and increase sales and patronage.
• Develop and implement menus and local food & beverage marketing programs.
• Monitor restaurant performance through guest feedback and financial results; initiate corrective action.
• Maintain inventory security, replenish supplies, and minimize waste to control costs.
• Aim to meet revenues, control expenses, and maximize profitability; assist in budgeting.
• Ensure restaurant equipment is operational and cleaned; keep facilities stocked.
• May coordinate special events scheduled for the venue.
