Job summary

Longmont Supply, operated by Tandem Hospitality Group in Longmont, CO, seeks a Restaurant & Events Operations Manager to lead rooftop restaurant and bar and the hotel banquet service. You will own daily FOH operations, staffing, training, guest experience, and financial results in partnership with leadership, ensuring exceptional hospitality and strong business performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, event venue, or similar hospitality environment.
• Experience managing both restaurant and bar operations strongly preferred.
• Banquet, catering, or event management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Lead banquet and event operations, coordinating with clients, sales and culinary teams.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop food and beverage staff; build staffing plans.
• Manage budgeting, labor costs, and inventory; monitor costs and identify waste reduction opportunities.
• Maintain guest satisfaction; respond to concerns and maintain a guest-focused service culture.
