Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, catering, hospitality, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and comfort driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using computers, printers, email, and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to take initiative and learn quickly.
• Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional table service during catering tastings, including welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Driving company vehicles for local deliveries or pickups as needed.
• Assisting with kitchen prep sheets, catering labels, and order accuracy.
• Performing local errands, supply pickups, and catering deliveries.
• Supporting front-of-house, kitchen, catering, or operations teams wherever needed.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other systems like POS software to stay organized and efficient.
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
