You’ll coordinate assignments, monitor supplies, handle guest requests, and assist leadership with onboarding and reporting in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or guest services preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and departments effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and reporting tools is a plus.
• Positive, service-focused mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and status updates.
• Maintain communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and leadership teams.
• Track room status, arrivals, departures, VIPs, and priorities during shifts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs with professionalism.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain logs, work orders, lost and found, and inspection updates accurately.
• Support onboarding and daily department organization for leadership.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and ensure clean, organized spaces.
