Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator in New Orleans to support day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public spaces are guest-ready. You will coordinate room assignments, status updates, and communications across Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room status updates.
• Maintain cross-dept communication for seamless operations.
• Track guest room status, arrivals, departures, VIP rooms, and priorities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operational concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Support onboarding and daily department organization.
