Qualifications

• Three or more years in a management role in hospitality operations.
• You've been on an opening team.
• Relentlessly organized with up-to-date plans.
• Strong with technology; Asana is central.
• Curious about AI and its productive use.
• Excellent with people and client trust.
• You close loops and ensure follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from handshake to handoff.
• Draft and track the opening plan in Asana.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, operations, finance, marketing, and tech.
• Lead launch and stabilization on-site.
• Write and improve the playbook from openings.
• Explore Claude/aIl tools and propose new ideas.
