Job summary

Dartcor Enterprises is seeking a seasoned hospitality operations leader to guide openings from deal close through operational handoff. You will own the client relationship, manage timelines in Asana, and coordinate with HR, operations, finance, marketing, and tech to ensure seamless launches.

The role is field-based, demanding early starts during launch windows, with on-site support through stabilization. You’ll contribute to a scalable playbook and embrace AI tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a management role in hospitality operations.
• Experience across contract dining, restaurants, hotels, or corporate food service.
• Understanding of kitchen, dining floor, labor model, and P&L.
• Proficient with Asana and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own from deal close through operational handoff; be the client's primary contact.
• Create and manage the opening plan with timelines, milestones, owners, and deadlines in Asana.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, operations, finance, marketing, and technology.
• Launch and stabilize new accounts on-site during the first weeks.
• Build and improve the playbook from each opening.
• Find better ways, including using Claude and suggesting enhancements.
