Job summary

Dartcor Enterprises is seeking a field-based leader to manage client openings from handshake to handoff, ensuring seamless operational delivery. You will own the opening plan, coordinate across departments, and drive a smooth launch and stabilization process.

You will leverage Asana as the backbone of project tracking, improve processes with AI ideas, and mentor teams through high-intensity launches while maintaining a focus on client trust and excellence.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a management role in hospitality operations.
• Experience on opening teams for launches.
• Highly organized and current with plans.
• Strong technology skills; Asana central; familiarity with Toast, 7shifts, R365, or Microsoft 365.
• Curious about AI and how to leverage it to reduce workload.
• Excellent at building client trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from deal close through operational handoff.
• Own the opening plan: timeline, milestones, owners, deadlines in Asana.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, operations, finance, marketing, and technology.
• Oversee launch and stabilization for new accounts.
• Develop and continuously improve the playbook from each opening.
• Bring ideas for using Claude/AI to improve efficiency.
