Job summary

Dartcor Enterprises seeks a field operations leader based in Whippany, NJ, to own openings from handshake to handoff. This on-site role demands relentless organization, cross‑functional coordination, and a commitment to dependable, high‑quality openings across our hospitality portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will manage timelines in Asana, align HR, operations, finance, marketing, and technology, and turn learnings into a living playbook.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a hospitality operations management role.
• Experience on opening teams.
• Relentlessly organized.
• Strong with technology and cross-functional coordination.
• Curious about AI and using it to streamline work.
• Excellent with people and able to build client trust.
• Close loops and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from handshake to handoff.
• Own opening plan with timeline, milestones, owners, deadlines in Asana.
• Coordinate HR, operations, finance, marketing, and technology.
• Lead launch and stabilization on-site for weeks.
• Document learnings to improve future openings.
• Suggest improvements, including using Claude across the business.
