Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience required.
• Opera experience is required.
• Delphi experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Support sales & revenue maximization through administrative and general support to the sales team.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, maintain calendars, and assist with promotions.
• Assist with website content updates and asset management, monitor social channels and inquiries.
• Plan and assist with events, client functions, and community partnerships.
• Support guest services by ensuring standards and timely responses to client needs.
• Utilize sales, catering, and marketing tools and document data accurately in systems.
• Support safety, risk management, and adherence to SOPs.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to ensure planning.
