Job summary

VE Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across a portfolio of restaurants and concepts. Reporting to the CMO/CCO, this role combines marketing execution, digital presence, brand support, and close collaboration with restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of marketing experience, is creative and organized, and can own projects while developing strategic marketing skills under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Hospitality, restaurant, or consumer-facing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of social media, digital marketing, content, email marketing, and online reputation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing calendars for assigned restaurants and concepts under the direction of the CMO/CCO.
• Support campaigns from concept through execution and results review.
• Apply SMART principles to marketing initiatives.
• Support integrated campaigns using the PESO model (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned).
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
