Job summary

Berg Hospitality Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives across its portfolio of restaurant and hospitality concepts.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will lead day-to-day execution of campaigns, projects, and events. The ideal candidate balances multiple priorities and moves projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, hospitality or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing, communications or project-management experience.
  • Restaurant, hospitality or multi-location marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of digital, email, social media and local-store marketing.
  • Experience managing websites and digital business listings preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking, with an interest in using results to guide future efforts.
  • Ability to attend restaurant and off-site events outside standard business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold brand standards across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and departmental deadlines
  • Coordinate the development of menus, signage, advertisements, email graphics, and promotional materials
  • Manage creative work orders, coordinate edits and ensure materials are produced and delivered on time
  • Execute promotional campaigns and local-store marketing initiatives
  • Support menu launches, seasonal promotions and the development of new programs and guest experiences
  • Maintain website content, digital listings and other guest-facing platforms
  • Coordinate email campaigns from content development through final execution
  • Compile performance reports and identify opportunities to increase traffic, awareness, and sales
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for property partners and other external organizations
  • Identify and execute cross-promotional opportunities that increase restaurant visibility
  • Lead marketing logistics for restaurant events, ticketed experiences and promotional activations
  • Develop event budgets and coordinate setup, décor, menus, signage, vendors and promotional materials
  • Coordinate participation in off-site events, festivals and community activations
  • Prepare post-event recaps tracking attendance, engagement, expenses and results
  • Collaborate with social media, graphic design, and public relations team members to execute integrated marketing initiatives
  • Provide marketing support to Operations, Culinary, restaurant leadership, and other internal departments
