Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. conducts in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at resort locations. You will schedule guests to meet with representatives for a presentation and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

The role includes greeting and presenting to prospective customers, coordinating with resort staff, and guiding attendees through sales-preview tours with qualification based on company guidelines. A strong emphasis on customer service and compliance is noted.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
