THE JOB / Hospitality Manager, Global Hospitality (Payment Services Client)

EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.

***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be in Stamford, CT or NYC.

Our client is an award-winning Payment Services brand known for their iconic marketing initiatives. We are searching for an Account Manager who will be responsible for Global Hospitality and B2B programs associated with client’s property partnerships. This position will have a strong focus on event planning, logistics and customer hosting and will support the team in bringing to life world class events.

This position is best suited for a candidate inspired by working in a team environment with a diverse group of people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship, internal client departments and agency partners
  • Manage logistics relating to program planning and execution including hotel manifests, transportation manifests, and event management
  • Oversee vendors and contracts to deliver flawless event execution
  • Manage guest communications pre, during and post event
  • Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
  • Develop sales decks and presentations to be presented to internal and external audiences
  • Support the agency experiences team as a key member of the hosting and hospitality vertical, bringing new insights and ideas to an evolving industry

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • An impressive work ethic with the initiative to constantly go above and beyond
  • A passion for hospitality and providing VIP service.
  • Interested in the business of sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a hospitality or project management role
  • Organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, are outstanding
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • A positive mentality, with a “no job is too small” approach
  • Fluency in multiple languages a plus
  • Enjoys travel and are comfortable executing onsite events
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)

L3: The base range for this position is $60,000 – 65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee ispaid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background pertinent experience, and qualifications
