Job Overview

This role involves planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs, with a focus on global hospitality and B2B programs related to client property partnerships. The position emphasizes event planning, logistics, and customer hosting to bring world-class events to life.

Location & Work Environment

Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the position is flexible, prioritizing candidates open to hybrid work (2-3 days in office) at locations including Stamford, CT; New York, NY; Charlotte, NC; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; or Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for client sponsorship, internal departments, and agency partners.
  • Manage logistics for program planning and execution, including hotel, transportation, and event management.
  • Oversee vendors and contracts to ensure flawless event delivery.
  • Handle guest communications before, during, and after events.
  • Manage budgets, finance trackers, and program reconciliations.
  • Create sales decks and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to the agency experiences team with insights and ideas.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong work ethic with initiative and reliability.
  • Passion for hospitality and VIP service.
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or lifestyle culture.
  • 5+ years in hospitality or project management roles.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including onsite event execution.
Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include unlimited PTO, comprehensive health insurance, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, mental health resources, diversity initiatives, and personal development programs.
