Job summary

Culinary Khancepts, overseeing Star Cinema Grill, seeks a hands-on leader to support brand standards and guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will coach and motivate Team Members, manage scheduling, and uphold hospitality excellence, with flexible availability including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and passionate about developing Team Members.
• Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical duties required by the position.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Food Handler’s certification may be required based on local or state regulations.
