Culinary Khancepts is a Houston-based hospitality group operating Star Cinema Grill and multiple concepts. We seek a hands-on leader to uphold service standards, coach a team, and drive restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in restaurant/hospitality leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays; peak periods may apply.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on leadership approach to support the Company’s vision, brand, and operational standards.
• Uphold elevated service and hospitality standards while holding Team Members accountable to consistent execution.
• Coach, train, motivate, and develop Team Members in hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and company programs.
• Lead by example while creating a positive, guest-focused team environment.
• Identify solutions and opportunities for process improvement to strengthen restaurant operations.
• Support labor management, scheduling, and overall operational performance.

• Food Handler’s certification may be required based on local or state regulations.
