Hospitality Manager (Healthcare)


SUMMARY: Seeking a candidate that is positive, energetic and knowledgeable of Property Management. Must be hands on in all aspects of the day-to-day operation with the focus on excellent customer service and exceptional guest experience. Must have flexible schedule and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Oversee day to day operations of various departments. This includes but is not limited to managing the guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, financials and growth.
  2. Manage a team of 10-20 associates including 3rd party vendors.
  3. Train and manage staff performance.
  4. Full P & L responsibilities.
  5. Communicates with management and/or maintenance to report maintenance and/or repair needs.
  6. Monitors and maintains proper inventory of all supplies.
  7. Ensures housekeeping supplies are well maintained.
  8. Manages expenses within approved budget constraints.
