Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and sheetrock tasks. The role may include custodial duties to ensure guest satisfaction and asset protection.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, be organized, able to read and write English, and capable of following instructions.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and team members.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to take direction, understand and carry out instructions given.
• Must have the ability to work flexible shifts.
• Must have good time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify maintenance and repair issues and initiate work orders.
• Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies.
• Complete work orders and all necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain mechanical logs.
• Resolve guest problems and handle requests promptly per hotel standards.
• Complete duty rounds checklists and correct noted problems.
• Use Life Safety Systems and EMS equipment as trained.
• Be cross-trained in all aspects of the department.
• Follow policies and procedures set by the Center.
• Maintain effective communication with operational areas.
