Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required (property dependent).
• Good physical condition and strength.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain property equipment, fixtures, or mechanics.
• Respond to maintenance requests and fulfill them promptly.
• Inspect cottages, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain tools and keep the maintenance room organized.
• Perform electrical, heating, and plumbing repairs; basic HVAC knowledge.
• Maintain maintenance logs and paperwork.
• Prepare vacant rooms or cottages for new guests (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Keep the property clean, guest-ready, and well-maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned; ensure reliable attendance.
