Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff; diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot building systems and identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Adhere to safety regulations and OSHA standards; conduct safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner; resolve maintenance-related complaints promptly.
• Contribute to a well-maintained and comfortable guest environment.
