Job summary

The Arlington of Naples, a premier senior living community, is seeking a Hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, while providing attentive, respectful service to residents.

The shift is from 12pm to 8pm, with salary starting at $24/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
HVAC Certification/Training preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff in English.
On-Call Scheduling and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including electrical and plumbing tasks.
Assists with HVAC equipment resets and simple repairs.
Responds to emergency calls for system or equipment failure.
Completes work orders with detailed task and equipment information.
Assists other maintenance staff on various campus projects and storm cleanup.
Maintains proper levels of materials and supplies for timely task completion.
