Job summary

The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis in Naples, FL. Salary starts at $24/hour, with a 12pm–8pm shift, and a focus on resident comfort and safety.

You will perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and common areas, assist with HVAC issues, respond to outages, and ensure accurate work order documentation while supporting other maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff in English.
• On-Call scheduling and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas (electrical, plumbing, doors, fixtures).
• Assists with initial HVAC issue response and simple repairs.
• Responds to emergency system and equipment failures.
• Completes work orders with detailed task and equipment information.
• Supports other maintenance staff on campus projects and storm cleanup.
• Maintains supplies and materials for timely task completion.
