Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and contribute to care planning and reassessment.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on resident conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Administer nursing care per physician orders and in line with standards and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to deliver comprehensive resident services.
