Job summary

Towne Vacations Venture Resorts in Pigeon Forge, TN, is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Specialist to uphold cabin properties, maintain equipment, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and inspections, manage work orders (Breezeway), assist with HVAC tasks, and uphold AML/BSA compliance while delivering professional service. This role requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous maintenance or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular property maintenance and preventive maintenance on Venture Resorts cabins.
• Install, maintain, and clean pools and hot tubs.
• Log all work orders in Breezeway and communicate updates clearly.
• Manage vendor fix lists and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Address owner and guest requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot internet issues.
• Assist inspections and housekeeping to meet company standards.
• HVAC installation or debugging and pursue certification.
• Represent Venture Resorts with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to AML/BSA and related federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
