• Assist in HVAC troubleshooting and simple repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Complete work orders with detailed task information and equipment data.
• Assist other maintenance staff on campus projects and snow removal.
• Maintain proper levels of materials and supplies.
• Work scheduled and on-call overtime as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor and director of General Services.
• Attendance and dependability as policy requires.
