Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours and weekend support for urgent maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, keeping detailed records.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.
